Please include in the return package details of the initial order from Health Foundry so the return can be identified and allocated accurately. You are not required to give a reason for the return and nor will any questions be asked. The refund of the purchase price will be processed within 2 business days of the return package being received by Health Foundry. The refund will be processed back via the initial payment method. Current payment methods include credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, and Stripe. Each of these payment methods advise that the refund should be available in the customer’s account between two and five business days after the refund is processed by Health Foundry.
