To ensure smooth delivery, customers are advised to provide a telephone number, delivery address, email address, and contact person for enhanced courier delivery.

  • Returns will be accepted for faulty goods.
  • Customers must notify Health Foundry Pty Ltd by emailing contact@healthfoundry.com.au, quoting the order number or the name the order was purchased under.
  • Health Foundry Pty Ltd will respond within 48 business hours to analyse the return request.
  • If the return request meets the criteria for a refund, a refund authorisation number will be allocated, and this number must accompany the returned item(s).

Returns for a "change of mind" are not generally accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, if a return for a change of mind is accepted at the discretion of Health Foundry Pty Ltd, the following conditions will apply:

The customer must notify Health Foundry Pty Ltd by emailing info@sosimplesolutions.com.au within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.
  • A restocking fee may be applied.

  • All warranty claims must be returned with their original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  • Remedy options may include repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of Health Foundry Pty Ltd.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse, general wear and tear, or damage resulting from environmental factors.
  • This warranty does not affect the customer's statutory rights under Australia's ACL laws.

SECTION 15 - Health Foundry (Heart Guard) – Money Back Guarantee:

Any purchaser of Heart Guard has the right to a full refund of the purchase price of any product or bundle on the Heart Guard website.  

Terms of this Money Back Guarantee are:

  1. As a first step the customer should return their purchase to the Health Foundry business address:  4 Pirelli Street, Southport QLD 4215.
  2. The datemark on the return packaging must be within either 120 days or 4 months from the date of the customer first received the order.
  3. The customer can deliver in person the return package to the Health Foundry address.  Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.00pm.  The address is closed on public holidays.
  4. The customer must return the portion of the order that remains in their possession.  That is, any product or piece of packaging regardless of whether it is an empty bottle, a partially used bottle or product, or a complete product that has not been opened.  
  5. The return package must include details of the initial order from Health Foundry so the return can be identified and allocated accurately.  
  6. The return postage is at the expense of the customer.  
  7. The customer is not required to give a reason for the return and nor will any questions be asked of them.
  8. The refund of the purchase price will be processed within 2 business days of the return package being received by Health Foundry.
    The refund will be processed back via the initial payment method.  Current payment methods include credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, and Stripe.  Each of these payment methods advise that the refund should be available in the customer’s account between two and five business days after the refund is processed by Health Foundry.
  9. Health Foundry does not accept any liability for any refund package that is lost by Australia Post or any other freight forwarder before it arrives at Health Foundry.  If this is a concern for customers, then we recommend the return is sent via certified mail with a tracking number.  
  10. Health Foundry trusts that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Health Foundry has reason to believe that this Money Back Guarantee is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return under this Money Back Guarantee.
